Simple language and four stages of coverage made simple to digest.
This Tool was accessed through various channels and served as a tool for finding Doctors, Pharmacies, and Hospitals. Little Tweaks in the above would be a better experience for the user. The Header should reflect that it's not only Doctors. For example a user who clicks on a button that says 'find a pharmacy' and lands here might find it disorienting or not be confident that this is where they should be.
